Jeff Shoskin, Partner with Frost Brown Todd, will review the various real and “imagined”  issues employers have experienced with a remote workforce.  

The real issues include:  workers’ comp claims  to wage/hour problems  to tax issues (YES – tax issues). The imagined issues include: “What the hell are they doing all day?”  to “I bet they are in Vegas…”  

We will explore creative “excuses” for poor productivity and discuss best practices to tackle this new workplace situation. Sadly, it is not going away. At least not anytime soon.
