Affirmative Action Plan Training Resource
(This came to me anonymously from an HR Manager - Steve)
Can anyone recommend a training program or session on how to conduct an AAP?
We need to incorporate this at our company and I can't get any good resources or recommendations to check into. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you decide you just want someone else to do it, I'd highly recommend Karen Whiteside with KBW Associates (kbwassociates.com). All she does is AAP and has done an absolutely amazing job for our clients that need help with their AAP. She is extremely knowledgeable about what to do and very efficient in doing it.
