Job Opportunity – HR Manager with Dyenomite Apparel in Hilliard, OH

Dyenomite Apparel is a one-of-a-kind company headquartered in Hilliard, OH. We create and manufacture quality, unique tie-dyed apparel that meets both the fashion and economic needs of our customers. As a well-established manufacturer with more than 20 years of service to the fashion and screen-printing markets, our apparel is hand-made right here on-site, and can be seen in action at camps, universities, across social media and even on the runway. While we have decades of experience, our growth momentum is accelerating double-digits and we have a “start-up” mentality with the financial backing of an established 125+ FTE company.

As the Human Resources Manager at Dyenomite Apparel, you will bring an energetic, employee focused approach to accomplish company goals and objectives. You have direct access to CEO and the Executive Team, serving as the subject-matter expert: owning human resources duties with the assistance of a recruiting coordinator. Working with the leadership team, you will develop, manage and communicate company policies and procedures, in alignment with corporate values and operational needs in all areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, performance/talent management, compensation, benefits administration, and health and safety.

The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable self-starter with the ability to work seamlessly with team members. Other requirements of this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related degree, preferred.
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Prior management level experience is preferred.
  • Strong ability to effectively manage all aspects of the employment infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in promoting an engaging and positive organizational culture.
