Human Resources Director. This full time position includes various aspects of human resource administration including but not limited to employee classification, compensation analysis, recruitment, performance reviews, compliance, reporting, policy and procedures development/ communication, and strategic employee development.

The position requires an individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy environment, be self-directed, able to work in a team structure using strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service, proactive problem solver with analytical and critical thinking skills, and possess the skills to provide employee development training, including building leadership capacity. 

Requirements: the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years working in the human resource area, preferably not-for-profit social services with experience in hiring social service program personnel. Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Prefer candidate to have PHR/SPHR Certification.  Candidate must have thorough knowledge of relevant state and federal laws as well as areas of compliance. Pay Range:  $60,000 - $64,000 (full-time)
