Seeking Feedback or Recommendations for HRIS
We are a public library system with 230 employees. We currently have a (sometimes clunky) payroll and finance software that we use in addition to a stand alone Applicant Tracking System (Workable). I'm investigating integrating a more robust approach with an integrated HRIS and believe that I can make the case if I can integrate while maintaining the finance component of the software and possibly maintaining or replacing the payroll system. Any feedback or recommendations would be most appreciated. Thanks!
