Electronic employee documents

(This question came to me from an HR practitioner - Steve)

We're trying to look at ways to better handle employee documentation. We have an HRIS system, but it's more about demographic data and doesn't cover some of the documentation that we use for employee files.

Does anyone have a system, method, platform that does a good job with consolidating and organizing employee documents electronically? This is something we'd like to look at improving in 2019.

Thanks for any input on this.

We currently us iNETHR as our HRIS. It has great document storing and organizing capabilities. www.inethr.com I am attaching a redacted screenshot of a recent new hire's file. There is the ability to sort and filter based on many searches. You can also search all documents for all employees and filter to see a specific document/document type. The team at iNet has been wonderful to work with as well. If you reach out to them, please tell them Julie at Provencher sent you their way.

CartaHR was designed to be "command central" for all employee documents, paper or digital regardless of origin.  We also provide the services to digitize paper employee documents
