We have an employee who has a really loud cough.  No reason to believe it's contagious due to allergies and the weather changing.  It also happened for a short time last year.  We are in a close environment of cubicles and it can be very disturbing and intrusive. Any ideas on how we can handle this? Some of the employees are beginning to show concern because they cannot close it out.
