We have begun using a system called EZExit for our Exit Interviews. It is a short 5 or 6 questions (depending on selections made) that is sent to the former employee via email and/or text. We have about a 33% response rate through this method which is considerably higher than our old email or mailed process. The system is offered by LS Screening and the pricing is very reasonable. We have one the employee completes before they leave. Then we set up exit interviews with our HR Director. We are able to capture most all employees who are leaving.
