I am trying to gather information on what companies are offering their employees in terms of benefits. We're trying to see what we should be offering at our company.

I am specifically looking for PTO plans that are tiered for different levels of the company. We are a manufacturing company with approximately 1,500 employees, including operations, supply chain, and corporate.
