Global Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full scope of HR while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where your judgment, presence, and ability to influence will shape the employee’s experience and organizational culture.

Overview:

In this role, you will oversee all core HR functions while bringing a strong focus to talent acquisition and onboarding. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the right talent for the organization - not just filling roles, but helping to build a high-performing team. You will also ensure new hires are set up for success through a thoughtful, structured onboarding experience that reflects the company’s values and expectations from day one.

Additional Duties:

  • Partner with leadership on complex issues and workforce planning
  • Align HR practices with business goals and employment regulations
  • Operate independently with confidence, credibility, and sound judgment
  • Bring thoughtful perspective to leadership discussions
  • Handle employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Comfortably navigate difficult conversations when needed
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, compensation, and benefits
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Organized, approachable, and dependable from hiring through change support

Education: 

A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred. HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP are a plus.
