CA Compliance Support
Hello all,
My company is based in Ohio and we recently onboarded our first California-based remote employee. We are a small company with around 40 employees, and I want to make sure we are properly identifying and meeting any California-specific employment compliance requirements.
I am looking for recommendations for either an HR compliance consultant, employment law firm, or company that can help us review requirements such as wage and hour compliance, required notices, payroll/tax considerations, mandatory trainings, handbook/policy updates, and any other CA-specific obligations we should be aware of.
If you have worked with someone you would recommend, I would appreciate any referrals or guidance.
