We have a number of employees who are really struggling with working at home while having young kids at home who need attention. Unfortunately with schools being closed for the remainder of the school year and so much uncertainty around summer camps and day care, I'm afraid this problem is not going away any time soon.  Has anyone created any new policies to address this or identified ways to provide support to these employees?
