Job Opening – Human Resources Generalist with MANE in Northern Cincinnati, OH

As the HR Generalist at MANE, you will perform a wide range of HR functions that include supporting departments, enforcing company policies and practices, assisting with time and attendance, training and development, policy development, employee relations, recruitment and retention, payroll, and performance management. You will interact with all internal departments to execute routine HR tasks and programs.

We have open positions in both our Cincinnati area facilities:

• Lebanon, OH
• Woodlawn, OH

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources required with experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Proven ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
• Familiarity with ADP software (or other HRIS software) preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience in Flavor industry desired
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the production plant
