Fastenal Company is searching for a Director of Payroll at our Winona MN headquarters, which will report to our Senior EVP of Human Resources.

The successful individual will lead a team of approximately 20 representatives within our Payroll Department in Winona who are responsible for processing payrolls, onboarding, offboarding and related functions, for our global locations and 20,000+ employee workforce.

Our headquarters is located right near the beautiful Mississippi River in MN, bordering La Crosse, Wisconsin which is only 30 minutes away. Winona is a great central location 1 hour from Rochester, Minnesota, and approximately 2 hours from the Twin Cities, Madison, Wisconsin, and Cedar Falls, Iowa.
