Our client, a well-respected Life Sciences agency in Camden County, NJ, is adding 4, yes 4 recruiters to staff!!!  Three positions are entry-level and one is a senior position.  They provide training, technology tools, salary, commission, medical, dental, 401k, and other benefits, as well as the opportunity to join a very successful team of business professionals.

Duties include:

• Identify candidates using their proprietary and confidential database of over 400,000 life sciences candidates, as well as other paid databases.
• Email, call, and text candidates using our state-of-the-art technology tools and systems.
• Discuss career goals and applicable positions with candidates.

Experience Requested:

• College degree is strongly preferred.
• Must be motivated and have the desire to earn a high income.
• Strong work ethic and an energetic, entrepreneurial approach.
• High level of initiative and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Senior level requires experience in LinkedIn and Boolean.
