Position Overview for the HR Operations Coordinator:

  • Lead Human Resource review and improvement efforts such as mapping and communication
  • Ensure project plans have a clear process for processing documentation and improvement efforts
  • Answer all non-standard HR questions
  • Responsible of running I-9/E-Verify compliance, colleague records, HRIS reporting and more
  • Responsible for running external and internal audits of HR data
  • Track HR service delivery metrics
  • Support various HR duties such as benefits, compensation, compliance, and talent acquisition


Required Experience for the HR Operations Coordinator:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of HR Generalist experience (OR) 3+ years of HR Operations experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to complete assignments accurately with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret data
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
