Position Overview for the HR Operations Coordinator:
- Lead Human Resource review and improvement efforts such as mapping and communication
- Ensure project plans have a clear process for processing documentation and improvement efforts
- Answer all non-standard HR questions
- Responsible of running I-9/E-Verify compliance, colleague records, HRIS reporting and more
- Responsible for running external and internal audits of HR data
- Track HR service delivery metrics
- Support various HR duties such as benefits, compensation, compliance, and talent acquisition
Required Experience for the HR Operations Coordinator:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience (OR) 3+ years of HR Operations experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to complete assignments accurately with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret data
- Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
