Hondros Family of Companies is searching for an experienced HR Generalist who is seeking a flexible part time opportunity. This position will average 20-25 hours per week. Candidates should have a college degree in a related field and a thorough understanding of US and Ohio Employment laws and a working knowledge of industry standards and practices. Professional HR certification preferred. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of HR generalist experience touching on a wide range of HR responsibilities. Additional requirements include excellent communication skills, confidentiality, active listening skills, expertise with Microsoft Office products and HRIS Systems and the ability to build positive relationships with associates, managers and outside vendors.

The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services including administering the HRIS system, partnering with the payroll manager, assisting with employee benefits, recruiting as needed, compliance, employee relations and employee communication for our family of companies.
