Career Opportunity – Human Resources Generalist with Enervise in Blue Ash, OH.

We are seeking an HR Generalist who will bring an energetic “can do” approach with exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking ability. The HR Generalist will work with the Executive Vice President and Controller to provide support for all things HR. You will provide support to all locations of Enervise, with key areas including payroll administration, benefits administration, onboarding, leave management and more.

Some responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviews and assists with development of organizational policies, procedures and best practices related to human resources management, continuously seeking to enhance productivity and effectiveness of the company, utilizing technology, software, and outside resources.
• Ensures all HR practices are compliant with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Manages and coordinates the orientation, onboarding, and helps administer all benefits to employees. Will act as liaison with benefit vendors, handle open enrollment in Paycor and assist with payroll processes.
• Assists Managers in all employee relations areas, including communication, retention, recognition, disciplinary issues, terminations, and any other areas that may arise.
• Work with the Executive Vice President and Controller in supporting safety programs, recordkeeping, and documentation; manage all Workers’ Compensation claims with outside TPA.
• Work with leadership, managers, and employees to facilitate development and training needs.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, with 5 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Paycor, Microsoft Office suite, and HRIS systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, oral, written, and listening skills.
• Ability to adapt, meet deadlines, and use varying communications styles to meet client’s needs.
