Hi HR Friends!

Does anyone have a good example they are using of a pay scale for PT employees?

We are an arena that hires lots of bartenders, concessions workers, etc, etc. I would like my managers to use something consistent that is just based on years of experience. It would be like 1-2 years of relevant experience = $11/hour, 3-4 years +$0.50. 

Just wanted to see if someone has one that they love before starting from scratch!
