On March 25th, my 2nd book dedicated to design thinking comes out, HR By Design.  The goal of the book is to provide HR professionals with a creative problem solving method, design thinking, that they can use on everyday HR challenges.

My goal is to make HR By Design an Amazon Bestseller and get the book in as many HR professionals hands as possible for a very inexpensive price!

On launch day, the e-book will be $1.99 (less than a cup of coffee!).
