HR Partners facilitates 5 HR Roundtables each month.  Each meeting provides 1.5 SHRM/HRCI credits.    

Basic Parameters of the group(s):

Must be currently employed with responsibility for internal HR

We maintain the groups to have no direct competitors to allow for comfortable conversation/sharing;  only one participant per company per group; groups have same members each month, maximum of 25 per group

Members are expected to attend each month, as the purpose of the group is to develop tight relationships and rely on each others’ input; must attend minimum of 8 meetings per year

Sr Roundtables require 7 years' HR experience plus certification OR 10 years' HR experience

Members encouraged to share/request help via email in between meetings. We are here to support each other!

What is shared with the group, stays in the group.  Confidentiality is key!

o   VIRTUAL Roundtable 12:00 – 1:30pm  3rd Weds of each month

o   HR Roundtable Rookwood, 1:30 – 3:00 immediately following First Thursdays seminar

o   Sr. HR Roundtable Rookwood, 8:30 – 10:00 First Thursday of each month

o   Sr. HR Roundtable Rookwood, 8:30 – 10:00 Friday after First Thursdays seminar

o   Sr. HR Roundtable Tri County, noon – 1:30 Friday after First Thursdays seminar
