#HRTX Virtual : Sourcing & Recruiting for Sourcers and Recruiters - 3/23/22 and 3/24/22
(This came to me from William Tincup - Steve)
Sourcing & Recruiting Sourcers & Recruiters (err, how do you hire people like you?)
Over 4,500 of your peers joined us for #HRTX in December. The training was fantastic, and this event will be even better. Please place Wednesday, March 23rd & Thursday, March 24th on your calendar, register, and get ready to be dazzled by some of the best TA trainers in the world. Before you ask, yes, this is a complimentary event.
The schedule is live, and you can get your ticket here on our site -https://conferences.recruitingdaily.com/
As the event is all about finding and hiring TA talent, we'll see how 24 of the world's best sourcers and recruiters do what they do. In particular, how they "actually" work a req; problem solves, create intake Q&A, tools they use, screening techniques, qualification process, communication strategies, and whittle down a massive list of potentials to a diverse and qualified shortlist of candidates.
But wait, there is more.
After they source a particular TA position, they'll role-play with one of their peers and show us how they recruit how they listen and talk about the position. At this point, they've found the talent; now we'll see the role-play how they move a candidate from found to interested. Each trainer will play the role of both recruiter and candidate. And like true voyeurs, we'll get to watch the entire process unfold before us. Sourcers and recruiters hiring sourcers and recruiters (so META it hurts).
This is the talented team behind the event.
The trainers are Pete Radloff, Mike Wolford, Shawna Lawson-Flintroy, Dean Da Costa, Kevin Walters, Jonathan Kidder, Junius Currier, Jenna Aronow, Steve Levy, Bret Feig, Steve Rawlings, Michael Crouse, Carrie Collier, Chris Brady, Ronnie Bratcher, Sophie Okonkwo, Keirsten Greggs, Glenn Gutmacher, Laura Mazzullo, Dena Davis, Alla Pavlova, Patrick Moran, Marc Hamel, and David Galley. Brian Fink and Mike "Batman" Cohen will moderate the role-playing, and Shally Steckerl is the Emcee .
