I’m looking for some ideas that I can do each week to incorporate our company values: trust, empowerment, accountability, and mesh. I would like to incorporate this into our onboarding program within the first 1-2 months of hire.
Any ideas on activities or things that could be done for each company value?

As part of your onboarding process, do you have new employees spend time meeting with existing employees? I wonder if these topics become an intentional part of the conversation where the employees talk about what they mean to the company and themselves and how they incorporate them into their daily work life.
I think there are many ways to incorporate your core values. What are you doing currently? Do you feel that your values are a foundational element of your culture, or are you moving in that direction? Are you/your department the sole cheerleaders for this journey or is it something you have support for throughout your organization? What are you hoping to achieve (i.e. rote memorization or engraining in culture)?
