We are seeking a skilled Training & Compliance Business Partner to assist with the implementation of training programs for Montgomery County.  This position requires extensive knowledge of HR, county policies, labor law, and collective bargaining. Responsibilities include developing and aligning programs, ensuring compliance with required trainings, conducting needs assessments, and maintaining the county Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have a background in personnel management or HR, experience in developing training programs, advanced computer skills, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
