Human Resources Manager Position

I am assisting a Mid-sized Dayton, Ohio Government Contracting organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the team in their corporate office in Dayton.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of generalist experience and two (2) years of management experience.  Prefer SHRM-CP or PHR Certification.

The position is responsible for all HR administration, coordination, and evaluation of all HR functions and will report to the Sr. Director, Business Management.
