Effective Conflict Management
Program Description:
In a workplace filled with different personalities, perspectives, and viewpoints, conflict is inevitable. This session will focus on the skills necessary to develop a positive, constructive, and effective approach to managing conflict. The benefits of understanding and applying the art of conflict management include better relationships between employees leading to a more productive work environment. .

Bob Arnold, JD, Ph.D.
Bob Arnold, JD, Ph.D. is a tenured professor at Thomas More University where he teaches business law and a sports & entertainment marketing curriculum to undergraduate students, as well as law and negotiation in the MBA program. He has served as Interim Dean of the College of Business, Chairman of the Division of Business and Accounting, and Chairman of the Department of Business Administration. He has 30 years of legal experience.
