Employee Benefits Review
I am looking for a consultant to review our company's benefit offerings and to advise on best practices, cost savings opportunities, industry comparisons, etc. We have had the same structure and plans for many years and I believe that there may be an opportunity for improvement but I lack the expertise to do it on my own.
Our team specializes in retirement plans for organizations. I will be happy to assist. If you need someone to review health benefits, I have a firm that will be able to assist.

Good afternoon Erin! Honestly, there any number of "consulting" firms who will probably contact you regarding your benefit review project, some may even offer to do the review for free if your company will provide the firm with an "agent of record" letter. Other consulting firms will be happy to perform this review on a strict fee for services basis. Alternatively, you might also want to speak with Gary Sutter at OBL for his suggestions and recommendations.
I would suggest you consider a semi-retired HR practitioner (like myself) who's now doing HR consulting. If you'd prefer, I can also recommend several traditional consulting firms (i.e., Watson Wyatt, Mercer) as well as insurance brokerage firms.
Please don't hesitate to e-mail or call if you'd like to discuss these options.

Contact Donna Schnicke with Strategic Benefits. firstname.lastname@example.org. This is something they do regularly - no sales pressure at all. They will take a look at your employee population and needs, and talk with you about the current possibilities including self-funding, share what other organizations are doing, especially in light of all the new regulations and options due to COVID. And there have been many!! Strategic Benefits is focused on education for clients and non-clients alike - that, plus their pro-active and highly professional hands-on support (including by the owners) make them a very safe discussion partner that you can rely on for their objective insights and advice. I've been in business for over 30 years, and many of my clients rely on them to rave reviews. Good luck! Darlene Mack, CEO HR Partners, darlene@HRPIInc.com
My name is Sabrina Dunham and I work for a benefits broker called McGohan Brabender. I would be happy to discuss your current needs with you. My email address is email@example.com. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks!
Good morning Erin,
Step2 Discovery, LLC uses Kelley Korte as our benefits advisor/consultant. She is independent (not tied to any broker, agency, etc.) and is probably the best benefits professional I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend you speak with her. Let me know if you would like her contact information or check her out on LinkedIn.
Hey Erin! Feel free to each out if you are looking for concierge service and looking for the latest benefits trend. I guarantee after a quick meeting/zoom call with my team, we will find something that has not been brought to the table yet. And if the benefits are good, happy to tell you that as well! 513-699-2986 or firstname.lastname@example.org Thanks!
Assume you have gotten your benefit review done and thought I’d offer an additional resource for you.
Our firm is conducting one of the largest benefit benchmarking surveys in the country and you are welcome to participate.
It will allow you to compare your offering on a national basis ( over 20,000 employers) or in the particular industry, region, employee size you’d like.
The survey is powered by Milliman, which adds an extra layer of integrity to the results.
Im happy to send you the participation link. My email is email@example.com.
