Opportunity and Qualifications:

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager/Generalist in our Cleveland Office.

The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the administrative service team and continuously looks for ways to create a positive, rewarding employee experience.  This person is heavily involved in all aspects of the performance review process, onboarding and orientation, reporting and data analytics, internship program, and project management.  Additionally, they will participate in recruiting, employee relations and engagement, wellness programs, compliance matters, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

To be considered for this Position, Candidates must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.  PHR and/or SHRM-CP certifications are desirable.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Have knowledge of various laws and regulations pertaining to human resources. 
  • Possess the ability to effectively and positively communicate and interact with all levels in the organization.
  • Have Microsoft Office and HRIS software skills.
  • Have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Be a self-starter, being able to work independently and on a team.
  • Have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and problem-solve.
