Resources for recruiting tough positions
I am having trouble filling some open positions. I am wondering if anyone has some ideas on good resources where I can find a Draftsperson and Shop Carpenters in the Dayton/Vandalia Ohio area. I have posted ads on several different recruiting websites but am not having an luck. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Victoria - Unfortunately, you are not alone with those tough positions. We've found what works today doesn't necessarily work tomorrow. So you have to keep rotating the sources. One that we did have luck with for a few jobs was https://www.workhands.us/ .
