Hoping to not have to reinvent the wheel or in this case-a Bingo board.  For February, would like to come up with a game competition between departments as a way to improve morale and keep everyone connected as one unit moves into another building and the remaining staff move within the offices.  Thinking that individuals could earn a square by doing things like "give a co worker a thank you note for a job well done",  "help a team member unpack a box", "play dance music for the last hour of the day".  Change is hard, and winter in the Midwest doesn't make it any easier, so we are trying to find ways to keep spirits high.
