Hey Brad! I am implementing PM for one of my clients and find that Skillnet (another great system is Talent Snapshot) is a good product for continuing the ongoing performance management discussions. Skillnet has a mobile application that can easily be integrated into day-to-day discussions. I feel like sometimes it's system complexity that holds managers back from good, frank, timely discussions. Both systems have strong competency libraries to start the conversations.
