Executive Recruiter & Trainer (Greater Dayton)
Use your critical thinking and networking skills to help us identify and recruit high potential new or experienced REALTORS® in the Greater Dayton Region. This position will also collaborate with Sibcy Cline’s Professional Development team to deliver regional programming primarily through Steps to Success.
Job Responsibilities
• Actively network within the community to identify potential REALTORS® for Sibcy Cline
• Meet with potential candidates, introduce Sibcy Cline services and tour corporate office
• Collaborate with branch managers on recruiting and professional development needs
• Promote online presence through social media
• Meet frequently with all Sibcy Cline services to stay current with their offerings
• Teach selected training programs as part of Steps to Success
• Provide flexibility for training at Branch Offices when appropriate
• Recommend updates to existing professional development materials and presentations
• Be an overall brand ambassador for Sibcy Cline
Requirements
• High school diploma
• Two to five years previous experience in recruiting, real estate or other related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication and follow up
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and travel between Greater Dayton Branch Offices
