  • I have paid both ways in past companies, but strongly prefer lump sum!

  • We have paid both ways.  It has depended upon the circumstances around the termination and the state in which they reside.  But always contingent upon the execution of a general release.

  • Hi Amy!  We do salary continuance.  It's a little more work to administer, but I think the recipients appreciate it.

Thanks!  We are currently doing salary continuance and looking at changing.  The main reason is the administrative ease of paying a lump sum.  I do know that employees do like the continuance more.  Thanks for your feedback.  Let's do lunch!  I will send you an email.
