We've narrowed our selection down to EBC and HealthEquity.  I'm looking for some feedback from anyone that's used either one, past or currently.  Specifically what employees thought of the customer service and substantiation requirements as well as some thoughts on their non-discrimination testing and assistance with completing the testing.
