Older Workers as a Resource
(This post came to me anonymously from a vendor who is looking to try a new service. Give them your feedback. - Steve)
An associate of mine and I are considering offering a service where candidates who are over 50+ years old are available as experienced talent. We would put together videos of the available people who are from this service where they would describe their background. These candidates would be available as interim, consultant or fill-in resources. They could provide assistance as needed vs. joining your organization as a long-term employee.
Would this be something that organizations would want to see? If so, would your company be willing to try this service out and see how it works?
