Session Description
No one likes to have the hard conversations that have to happen as a part of our daily work, particularly those that have to do with difficult behavior or poor performance. Without proper thought or planning, these conversations can seriously go awry leaving everyone with residual feeling or adverse effects. This workshop will deal with how to coach leaders through having these difficult conversations and will also help with the delicate issues involved in those coaching sessions.
