The Employee Relations Specialist is the first point of contact for their assigned Business Unit management team. The Specialist partners with HR Management and various functional areas to ensure programs and strategies are implemented and sustained within their Business Unit. The Specialist works closely with the Business Unit management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The Specialist should spend more than 50% of work time in the assigned Business Unit.
