Jeff Shoskin, a partner with Frost Brown Todd, and Barbara Barrett, a former 30+ year DOL investigator in the Wage & Hour Division, and current wage & hour consultant, are teaming up again for our group. They will review the DOL’s just announced proposed salary exempt level increase ($35,308.00) and will explore those wage & hour issues that continue to dumbfound employers. As always, it will be an informative and entertaining two-hour session.
