Health Plan Cost Comparison Worksheet

Hello,

We are looking to develop a Health Plan Cost Comparison Worksheet our employees can utilize to ensure they are picking the best health plan for their situation. Also this will help employees understand all of the potential cost. I was wondering if anyone has created something like this that you would be willing to share?

Thank you

Sarah Agnor

Most our partners your size have it built into your electronic enrollment platform.  We provide HR Connection for free which has the tool built in.  And depending on which carrier you use, they typically will have that function built into the enrollment as well.

Or for our less electronic savvy groups, we use a memo and hold educational meetings in conjunction with Open Enrollment meetings so everyone makes the proper decision.

Feel free to follow up with me so I can get some more specifics and share some additional tools and help.  Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,

I’ve done lots of these for employees and retirees, and they’re different each time we go through the process. I would be happy to chat and share ideas!

    Kind regards,

    Lori

This is something very basic that we put together for our employee to compare the three types of plans that we provide.
