Looking for a candidate assessment tool
I am helping a client identify a pre-employment tool to assess a candidate’s fit for their corporate culture. They want a proven, legally compliant tool that would accurately assess a candidate's alignment with their corporate values.
Those values include:
- Accountability/taking ownership of responsibilities
- Listening/coachable
- Critical thinking/problem-solving
- Honesty/integrity/serving the customer’s best interests
- Teamwork/collaborative attitude

Hi Chuck! Have them reach out to Personnel Profiles. They've been a leader in such testing for over 40 years. They meet with clients to drill down to just what they need, then recommend an assessment/combination of assessments to get just what they need. Tests are extensively normed.
