Need help finding a 3rd Party HR Service Provider
(This came to me anonymously from a person who is a Small Business Owner - Steve)
Hi there.
We're a growing small business that doesn't have a Human Resources function in-house. We'd like to see what's out there, but to be honest, we're not sure where to start.
We need HR support in establishing systems and also giving us direction when it comes to employee situations. How would you recommend we put together, or secure, an RFP from people who provide these services?
