My niece is new graduate of Animal Science with some zoo experience and wants to continue with zoos with focus on outreach to community on zoo animals.  We know this is a limited career as zoos only need so many such workers.  But looking for tips especially for just entering the field from school.  Tips on what to bring forward in application, is a Master's degree preferred or find work first. Appreciate any tips and connections.
