Hi all,

At our organization, we bring police K9s to do searches on our client's belongings and at times our employees sometimes will have their purses next to the client's belongings.

Does anyone have a procedure on what they do if they find drugs, alcohol, or a weapon on an employee? I do know we have a policy that we have the right to search personal belongings which is odd to me as I have never worked where that was a policy. We don’t have a procedure or policy of what would happen if we did find these things. We also need one for our clients and visitors.
