Hello HR Net!!

I am looking for recommendations and reviews from people who currently utilize an HR ticket system. We currently utilize Connectwise and it is not HR Friendly as it was developed for IT departments.

If anyone has any comments/recommendations I would appreciate your input.

We use Service Now. It's pretty good.

I would say ServiceNow is very high on the list.

We use ConnectWise as well for tickets for Onboarding, Offboarding, Changes, and I am happy to share any suggestions or information on how we use CWM.
