Looking for Immigration Lawyer Recommendations

(This came to me from an HR Director of a National company - Steve)

In looking at securing talent, we seek out people globally. We haven't found a good immigration lawyer, and we'd like to partner with one. If they could help us navigate today's environment, it would be a true benefit.

Does anyone have a firm or an individual lawyer they would recommend? We have locations in multiple states so they need to be able to work across the US with us.

I appreciate any recommendations people can share.

I am the owner and attorney of Kreutz Immigration Services, LLC. The primary focus of my firm is to support businesses of any size (small, medium, and global) by helping them navigate the complexities and costs of the U.S. immigration system. The firm works with business nationwide and across industries.

Employment-based immigration is highly interconnected with HR recruiting and employment practices. Although immigration is a hot topic issue at the moment, employment-based immigration practices remain largely consistent. However, please reach out with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding employment-based immigration. I am more than happy to answer any immigration questions and concerns that you may have.

Reach out to Jeff Shoskin, Partner with Frost Brown Todd jshoskin@fbtlaw.com. He can connect you with Elizabeth La Rocca and/or Cynthia Vivekanandam, both excellent attorneys in FBT's Immigration Group. These two attorneys are also leading a webinar on Aug 7th, that we at HR Partners are sponsoring - yields 2.0 SHRM / HRCI credits. You are welcome to attend as my guest if you wish.

I highly recommend David Leopold & his wonderful associate Allison Hall at UB Greensfelder.

I had 4 active H1B employees in my last job and they provided excellent and knowledgeable support.  David is a wealth of knowledge, even serving on the Department of Homeland Security Working Group in 20-21, advising the Biden-Harris transition team on matters related to immigration law and policy.

Alli is an excellent day to day partner (David ALWAYS accessible as well) in providing clear and understandable advice and guidance.  They also offered options to combine tasks/services/fees where there was overlap between employees, and had a flat-rate option for certain portions of their services, making them affordable and easy to work with on billing.  They will flex and accommodate your needs.

If you reach out to them, please tell them I referred you and say hello!
