(This came to me from Jamie Liebert and CincySHRM - Steve)

We'd love to have you join us for the upcoming Charity Palooza and Happy Hour on Thursday, November 12th, being put on by CincySHRM at Sonder Brewing in Mason, Ohio, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

There is research from Deloitte that states: 95% of employees surveyed said it’s important that their employer makes a positive impact in the community, and 87% said workplace volunteer opportunities factor into whether they stay with their current employer or pursue a new opportunity.

It’s a powerful reminder that being a good community partner isn’t just about giving back. It’s also an integral part of an organization’s culture, employee experience, and talent strategy.

Charity Palooza is CincySHRM's answer to a music festival, minus the mud and the ticket resellers: one epic evening, one room, and a stacked lineup of local nonprofits ready to show you what they do and how you can get involved. Think good energy, great company, and a whole lot of heart.

Hope to see you there! - Jamie
