Looking to understand:
- What AI tools HR professionals actually use in their day-to-day work
- Where practitioners see the biggest ethical risks (bias, transparency, surveillance, oversight)
- How mature AI governance really is across organizations
- Whether HR pros feel humans are staying in control of key people decisions
