HR professionals have never been challenged as much as we are today - and never has it been so necessary to have a strong HR support group to count on for advice, support, and commiseration!
HR Partners launched our HR Roundtablers more than 15 years ago – and some of the “originals” are still with us! In that time, we’ve grown from one group to 6 and looking to add more in 2026.
Goals of the group are to provide a highly confidential group of supporting HR folks, where members can talk freely, get information, and develop tight, trusting relationships. Some refer to their groups as “HR Therapy” sessions!
· We offer 6 options for participation: 3 in-person groups and 3 virtual
· Groups meet monthly for 90 minutes
· Groups are limited to 25 per group to develop tight relationships
· Same people in same group each month
· Only 1 person from same company in same group (people like to talk about each other or their company!)
· No competing companies/industries in same group to maintain confidentiality
· Members must be internal HR professionals or performing HR function in their company
· Meetings must be priority – 80+% attendance. Commitment is key – others are counting on you and your input
· Meetings 7 emails are 100% confidential – what is said to the group, stays with the group
“Extras”
· 1.5 SHRM/HRCI recertification credits each month
· Ability to email your group at any time with questions/advice in total confidentiality.
· Weekly HR Digest – ability to ask your question to ALL Roundtablers
· “Small Groups” – for payroll servicers, multi-state employers, non-profits, etc
· Annual all-Roundtabler group outing to meet/mingle with other Roundtablers and experience new places for company trainings / outings
