Speaker on Age Diversity

Our IDE Employee Resource Group (ERG) would like to consider a virtual speaker on an Age Diversity theme for this September.  Do you have any recommendations that you can share?

    Hi Bonita,

    The best speaker on this topic that I know of by far is a professor at Miami named Megan Gerhardt. She has written a popular and well-reviewed book called Gentelligence. It also resulted in a Harvard Business Review paper that they designated as one of their top 10 in the year that it was published.
